I’ve not had any problems with most of the drivers.
Their really good and polite plus kind most of them.
All though sometimes there can be times where they where late and others too early.
Other then that grate service.
Extremely disappointed as had pre booked my taxi to get to work at Weston Favell 9.50pm the taxi arrived at 10.03pm leaving me extremely late for work .even confirmed the time of booking only to be told it will be on time . Need an explanation
Pre-booked, then on the day of the booking received an email that went into my junk so say they had cancelled by bookings, no reason.They also appear to owned by Bounds so that says it all!
Very poor service and they made me to wait for more than 45 minutes for the taxi even after three direct phone calls.
Do not book a car from this taxi company as I booked one in advance and they never turned up and then they told me it was over an hour wait and to book else where absolutely disgusting service. They are not on time and hardly ever show up. Do not use them.
