My dog was very sick and she was seen to immediately, she has been given amazing care and I was treat respectfully and was kept informed of everything and given regular updates. Paul the vet worked with me to provide the best care for my dod whilst taking into account the level of my insurance and my personal circumstance. I feel my dog has received the best care and love from staff at vets for pets who gave her cuddles and TLC whilst I wasn’t able to be with her. My dog is now showing signs of making a good recovery now when 3 days ago , I didn’t know if she was going to make it. a fantastic practice and a fantastic team and a huge thank you from me and my family

The vet genuinely cared and explained carefully and was very knowledgeable. He was a lovely friendly vet who took time to talk to me in detail. The receptionist made my appointment for the next day and was really friendly and very helpful. I love this vets practice they are the only people I take my cats to see because I know I will not be overcharged, the vets, nurses and all staff look after my cats as if they were their own. I have used this practice with all of my cats for various different reasons from neutering, euthanasia, and flea treatments ect. I never have to wait and they are the best !

I took in another of my rats and they were as amazing as with my first baby, they were really caring and explained everything and didn't charge crazy amount like some vets wanted. My baby came through a really dangerous surgery and the vet had done an amazing job removing a huge tumour and thanks to the vet my baby is doing really well and has a new lease of life. I have another baby having surgery in a few days and I wouldn't have any other vets do it, the vets here really know what they are doing even with small rodents. Would definatly recommend them as a vets to anyone. They are A*. Thank you vets for pets.

Very satisfied. Extremely friendly receptionist, can't remember her name but she always seems to be at work! It's a bit of an in joke now lol. A credit to the team.
