Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Great covid restrictions in place. You ring the surgery when you arrive outside. The vet then ring's to say that they are ready and you may come in to be seen.
There is a plastic screen around the reception area.
If you are collecting medication, you are given an appointment time to collect it. Ring when you arrive outside and they pass you the medication through the window so you don't have to enter the surgery.
Masks to be worn at all times.
I was really worried about our elderly pug having much needed teeth extractions. Charlesworth vets Clay Cross took really good care of her. She had made a full recovery and I’m so very grateful to them that she is back to her old self and acting like a happy puppy again. Would recommend to all.
