Beautiful honest decent people that treat their animals and their customers with the respect that they deserve. I don't know anyone that has a bad word to say. All of the team are kind fair and Brilliant x

Was recommended by a friend at the beginning of the year. When my elderly cat became unwell and needed investigations resulting in end of life care, I called them and can only say that the care, support and professionalism was outstanding. Thankyou so much.

DO NOT USE THESE "VETS"! I wouldn't trust these so called "vets" with a goldfish, All they seem to be bothered about is money. For a few years now my Mum and Dads dog has been struggling with cysts on his paws, Bearing in mind he had not had cysts for the first 6 years of his life, They just appeared on one foot so they took him to Matt Smith vets, basically they told them that's just how his feet are and started selling them steroids at £20 every 50 days. They went back numerous times as his feet got no better with the medication they was giving him but no change to how they treat them, apart from selling them antibiotics to clear the infection which it never did. The vets sold them more antibiotics a few week back that was supposed to clear it up, but they just got worse and started appearing on his back paws last week, skip forward to last Friday/ Saturday his front pad had swollen twice the size bear in mind he had already had one weeks worth of antibiotics took him back friday evening and was given more antibiotics and steroids then Saturday morning my Mum and Dad woke up and Alfie (the dog) had collapsed and was breathing very wierdly/heavily and had also urinated and pooped his self and had been sick and looked to be having a fit he was stiff and shaking, They rushed to the vets thinking the worst, When they got there they didn't have no sense of urgency about them! After finally taking him in and doing so called "checks" on him she bought him back out and said he's fine just in pain then sold them yet more pain relief at £50. They took him home happy as they had been told he will be fine and all checks was ok, He gradually got worse throughout the day so they rang Matt Smith vets to let them know to be told just see how he gets on, so eventually they rang the emergency vets told them his background and they could hear his screams in the background and asked if that was Alfie we replied yes. Unfortunately while we was at the other vets he stopped breathing in my mum's arms and the vet had to put him to sleep as they said he was very very poorly. My Dad rang and spoke to the director (Matt Smith) and all we got was "sorry". Altogether Friday and Saturday cost them £500 which they wouldn't have minded paying if they had Alfie still with them. Where all absolutely devastated
