Bailey had an infection in both ears and was in a great deal of discomfort. Serena came out to the car park in the rain to take her in for examination. She cleaned out the gunk in Bailey's ears and prescribed drops. Not only was her initial examination and treatment effective but her follow up was exemplary too. First class service again from St James Vets.
Always a pleasure to visit the vets, the staff are all very pleasant, they know my dog my name and are happy to see him. If surgery becomes necessary the procedure is explained fully and clearly and the vet is always happy to answer questions.
Seems to have lost some of the edge over the last 12 months or so. I think, at times, they've forgotten who their most important customer is. Our PET. Often businesses get so complacent they forget the reason they're there.
