Fantastic service from Mark via the Wollaston eBay store. Quick to respond every time and incredibly helpful, right through to unpacking the panniers and fitting them to an identical bike in the showroom to ensure correct fit and links to YouTube videos on how to code the locks. Good discount, free postage and arrived next working day. Highly recommended.
Wonderful customer service experience, very welcoming and the coffee is pretty good too! If you're buying gear, Mark was one of the most helpful people I've come across and really got me sorted out just right.
My second bike from Wollaston. From sales to service it's been a fantastic pain free experience. They are very accommodating and can't do enough to keep their customers happy. Due to an impending motorcycle trip and some unrealistic demands from myself (I'll admit it), they bent over backwards to help despite dealing with Covid and tight servicing schedules they made a plan. Big shout out to Scottish Gary, Mark and Jo-Anne on service and Alex. Great friendly bunch and highly recommended.
