Chris and his team are the best. Best garage around. will not over charge you and are always happy to help even at short notice. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else now. Fantastic garage. Good value, good quality and very professional.

Edit to reply: Dear Chris, I will warn you now that slander is a criminal offense. We paid the car on my credit card. I have the statements and the document of when the car was registered in our name. Both myself and my partner at the time were employed full time, so I do not understand the nefarious intention of your blatant lies. I would like you to consider removing that comment as I will not hesitate to report you for slander. Please note that I have all evidence pertaining to the invalidity of your statement in my possession. My original comment has nothing to do with a personal attack. It is the truth of how you treated us and I have witness, witness statements and evidence. I will not deign the rest of your response worthy of reading or responding to as it is likely more lies. Original post: As I no longer live in the UK, I feel I can finally be honest without persecution from Chris, who has threatened me personally for being honest about the appalling service. We bought a landrover from him in 2014, trusting the garage initially as it was the family garage. It turned out to be faulty, but Chris claimed it was due to vandalism, and 2 weeks into owning the car, made us pay an additional 1000 quid for repairs which should have fallen under the sale of goods act. When we eventually had the car tested independently as we no longer trusted Chris' work, the mechanic found a loose part in the engine compartment (see photo with details of the part and the D&S customer number, sent directly from the factory). The car failed a 180 point check and was deemed unfit for purpose. I initially left a bad review in 2015, but was threatened via email, and also to my face. When things go wrong, Chris just doesn't want to know or take responsibility. He turns into a threatening bully. I should have taken him to court. But I was too scared of him at the time.

Fab Service from Chris and his team, definately recommend. Brought my first car from him recently and he's been spot on. Very helpful. Cheers guy's
