Went to have the car MOT and Full Service at the Towcester Rd Centre in Northampton. The Customer Service received from Olly was really good, explaining what would be done and approximately how long it would take. Was exactly done in the same time as mentioned and was ‘In & Out’ Would have normally gone to the dealership, however the cost was a lot more reasonable and the service was fantastic. Thanks again and will recommend for family and friends

Beware if you're a woman! Think they see a young woman and take advantage. After checking with brother in law regarding problems after having a service and MOT he was astounded that spark plugs and coils changed in 2018 were supposedly already gone. Plus 2 new tires put on the back of the car and old ones moved to the front when its a front wheel drive???? Plus no wheel alignment done when that is standard practice after putting on new tires. Very disappointed.

Nasty attitude from the people who work here, you don’t talk to your customers in that manner! Rude and disrespectful, not on time, no reassurance on when service would be done. Requested a call back and never got one. Even worse for a woman who doesn’t understand much about cars. Harsh and horrible staff with no customer service. Myself and my father will not be coming back here to be spoken in this way. Honestly don’t know how you get clientele to keep it running.
