Pre booked a space and paid online, the machine didn't accept my QR code on my phone so I had to purchase a second ticket. Contacted customer services and they refunded the overpayment within hours.
Car park is always clean and feels as secure as a car park can be. The bays in this car park are wider. than others which makes parking easier.
If staying in Swansea overnight, it is an ideal place to park as it is more secure than other council owned car parks.
During Covid 19 lock down most council car park are free to stimulate the Retail economy. This car park still charges you either way and its not cheap either. Shocking and very bad company ethics during this time.
There is choice to pay for length of parking time up to 8 hours but after between 8 and 24 hours was only one price.
Very handy but picked up a screw that punctured a tyre. Other wise 5 star for handiness to city centre.
This is a good size car park with plenty of shops around it, I used it to go to Frankie and Bennies which was a 5 min walk away. Best of all you get 4 hours free parking.
