Plenty of room and free parking at the moment.
DONT PARK HERE. in 28 years of driving I have never had a parking ticket. parked here on one of Swansea's busiest days. car park was very busy but found a space in between 2 other cars in a full row. photo of my car was taken after majority of cars had left later in the evening and it turned out that I was not in a bay. due to the poor standard of the car park and lines not clear I didn't realise this had happened. I have tried to appeal but they are not remotely interested and neither are the governing bodies - it seems private parking companies can do as they please.
Do not ever park here, Excel are doing absolutely nothing about the break-ins and thefts.
Excel manage the 3 car parks in this area and there have been multiple break-ins and cars stolen on 4 different occasions in the last 2 months.
Do not park here!
It’s a scam, constantly send fines for tiny details which have already been mentioned.
Will never park at this dump again.
I would not recommend this car park to anyone, I was 4 mins late back to the car and was forced to pay £155 after going through the courts. They even tried to charge me £355 after the court case. Disgusted to say the least...
