Very poor service since it has been taken over
What used to be a good service has a car park that certainly needs attention as it is covered in weeds and gives a very bad impression of the service. It was very confusing about drop off and pick up points. I would have driven into city centre had I known it wasn't going to stop at St. Mary's. Then on my return journey struggled to walk to quadrant only to find that the bus picked up at St Mary's! Both ways there were many other passengers who were equally confused.
On a positive side the price to park was good and closer to home.
These issues are not complicated a few more posters in clear large writing so they
stand out and better up keep to the car park.
Best idea ever,just 2.5 pounds for 4 persons and you get free bus rides on the no.8 bus
I hope it stays like this,as it's fantastic.
Toilets are available and very clean.
Since the change it has been absolutely shocking. Buses missed and usally the last bus never turns up and you get your car locked in for the night. Don't use the service unless u want your car locked in
This service was excellent,until the changes it is now not fit for purpose.there are no dedicated buses.they run less frequently and share with the Uni. Also they stop at several bus stops on route.We had to wait at the bus station a hour because two buses didn't turn up.We used this service quite often,but will not use it again
