I shopped at your morfa store today and was assisted by Emily Francis who I must say is an absolute delightful young lady. She not only checked out my purchases but actually went and got what I couldn't find. She informed me of the offers that were available to me with the result that I gained more reward points. Thank you Emily for absolutely outstanding customer service. You are a definite asset to Boots and to us as customers.
Good compact store, the shelves were a little bare and items we wanted were in the wrong place, but found in the end. Need to get your receipt machines fixed as only printed out half of the details, not good if you wanted to return something.
Good range of quality items and really nice and knowledgeable staff
Very bad communication. Not accurate when it comes to picking up prescriptions. I don’t recommend that pharmacy
Staff were lovely but nearly an hour wait for my script
