I cant thank the staff enough I went to ask for advice to an insect bite on my ankle andrew the pharmacist gave me dressings to put on and advised me if the blister popped to go back after 4 days the blister popped I went back and andrew dressed my wound with inadine the staff there are very knowledgeable and I will always go here thank you very much to all the staff

Friendly, efficient service from all staff. The pharmacist Andy delivers a caring, personalised service. The pharmacy can be crowded at certain times because it is directly next to the surgery (so convenient!) but the staff try hard to minimise any waiting time.

Every month for over 10 years I have had prescriptions. I'm on a lot of pain killers, and everytime I go to collect my tablets there is always something owing to me, mainly one of the strong pain killers. My husband works full time and I have limited mobility so my elderly father collects them for me and because I have to sign for the tablets, they have him sign for them first then tell him they owe some stopping him going elsewhere. I think they should order a lot more stock as they never have enough, also, should offer to deliver the remaining tablets thats owed.
Conviently located next to the Kingsway Surgery.
Often crowded with long waits.
Even one there are few customers the staff are very slow and unhelpful.
Often carry insufficient stock of medication and issue owing slips. Instead of giving the option of going elsewhere with the prescription.
For the above reasons, I have stopped using this pharmacy and cannot recommend this establishment.
