Well Morriston - Woodfield Street

I pre booked an appointment for my 82 yr old Mum last week online with Well for her flu jab. We arrived yesterday to be sharply told that she could not have the flu jab as they had run out. How could this be surely if you pre book a vaccine it would be reserved for you. Apparently not, the Well assistant did not even apologise she had a could nt careless attitude. A disappointing experience. A great pity Well didn't cancel the previous day, if they had my poor Mum would not of had to of come out in atrocious weather conditions. Well Pharamcy flu vaccination programme is shambles.

Visited two pharmacies prior to this with my sons prescription. The Pharmacist here was by far the most friendly, upbeat and helpful and took the time to pass on his advice.

This pharmacy has got to be the most well organised pharmacy ive ever had the pleasure of been a part of as a regular customer.The head pharmacist with the beard sorry im not sure of his name is such a sweet friendly and very professional pharmacist indeed. All the staff are very kind and friendly and also professional and cant do enough for there customers .Im living in Wales now a year im from The south of Ireland im from Dublin and my husband sadly passed away in 2013 dew to a drowning. And never wanted love again after that he was the one and only man id ever been with i met him at 15 years old and i was 39 wen he died. Then in 2018 And old irish friend id known a few years through one of my husbands friends .Id met him a few times wen he would come bak home to Ireland to visit my husbands friend brian hu died 2 uears after my husband .Brian missed his buddy so much being my husband he died 2 years after my husband.So my old Irish friend popped over in 2015 for Brian’s funeral and he stayed a day or too and went back to Wales we’re hes been living since 1998.So I saw him off and carried on with my life and my 3 beautiful kids .Then last January he texted me his name is ken and asked me if I’d like to go on a date with him I was very scared and even though my husbands was dead 5 years I still felt guilty but I was willing to see we’re it went so Kenneth came over on the 16 of March last year myself and my eldest daughter came back over to Swansea with him as my other daughter was starting college.Totally unexpectedly I fell madly in love with Kenneth and he told me he always had a thing for me and told me ciara wen I popped over for Brian’s funeral in 2015 I wanted to ask you then but because Kevin was only dead 2 years at that time i didnt tink it would be appropriate .Kevin was my husbands name .Then kenneth said so i waited anothr 2 years to ask you out .I was flattered at how respecfully he went about it and been so patient i was truely taken back .So thats how i ended up in morriston Swansea .And i love the welsh people and i wouldnt ever change from wells pharmacy just going in there makes me feel bettet wen im having a bad day so well done Wells pharmacy just continue beeing who yas are you are all very very kind and friendly.Hope i didnt bore you with how i ended up here in swansea morriston.Thanks for making collecting my medication such a straightforward and friendly experience .
