Awesome first class service always, with a fantastic team of pharmasists and staff, always polite, friendly and professional, whether it be on the phone or in person. Chemist is always well stocked and spotlessly clean. If I could give more than five stars I would!
Couldn't be more greatful for the staff, I ran in this morning with my 11 month old after he pulled hot milk on himself and they came straight to his attention, gave me a cream sent me to the hospital and told me to go back later to sort out payment. Absolutely lovely people, very caring, thank you all for what you do!
Absolutely disgusted by the receptionists (Trisha) telephone manner I was trying to explain my medication but she wouldn't have it that I was right then under her breath I heard her say oh Jesus Christ I couldn't beleave it so I asked her did you just say that to me she said no then I told her my calls are recorded so after I hung up I played it back and I heard her say it ! and the rest of the conversation she continued to sigh! disgusting phone manner
Good local chemist. You can shop in store now. When I attended last week to pick up a prescription, there were no queues to get in.
The pharmacists here have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. I witnessed a blonde short haired pharmacist on several occasions talking to people like dirt. I have never seen any customer anywhere being spoken to like it before. I personally find the shop staff polite and helpful enough, though I agree they don't stop chatting and it takes forever for your prescription to be ready. I now drive a few miles up the road and am much quicker.
