Time keeping is abominable, waited from 9:15 to 10am still didn't open, went home after them not answering phone calls. Went back down at 10:15 to find their open but the door was locked and then told I had wrong time and date. When I specifically booked it for my birthday.. Was greeted with rude manner and no apology for wasted time so went and booked myself somewhere else who did me no problems and fuss free. This would have been my first appointment with Vibe.. Seems they favour their regulars over new customers...
