Outstanding service, I get my coffee every morning, Gemma is a real STAR!!!, always very polite, professional and smiling, I think she is management material. At least worthy of a wage increase!!!

Coming in.... girl is on the phone and dont care about customer. With other boy they were goofing around. Poor customer service experience.

I am a regular customer to the petrol station the lady gemma has the most wonderful customer service skills she is always smiling, friendly & great fast service. The coffee is fantastic since you have installed the new machine, love my £3 large coffee & croissant.
