I spoke to them & specifically asked if this is a COUNTY COURT who has sent this Claim form. The lady who answered was evasive & when I cross questioned her she said that this is NOT A COUTY COURT BUT A BUSINESS CENTRE & if you do not pay a requested Parking fine we will take you to the County Court later. So folks ! it is certainly 100% not a County Court. The stamp on the Claim form is that of a County Court which is ILLEGAL & FRAUDULENT. It does not state on their Claim form which city they are based in as it only gives a St. Katherine's Street with no City mentioned. This is another scam. However post code is of Northampton. The lady claimed it is a part of Justice deptt but I cannot find it on their list. My experience & Advice is THEY SCARE YOU TO PAY UP. DO NOT PAY THEM & WAIT FOR PROPER COURT ORDERS &FIGHT YOUR CASE ,EXPOSE THEM IN THE COURTS. THIS IS ILLEGAL & A SCAM.Write to Secretary & also Department of Justice & Police.
Fake company and scammers. Put a CCJ on my credit report for a parking fine I did not commit.
Fraud!! 2 debt claims that aren’t mine have now given me a CCJ. Thamks for that you utter 🛎 ends!! How can anybody tarnish someone like that. I go back to the people they claim the debts with and they have no record??? BT and SKY. Accounts I still have!! 😡😡😡
Leave roads unmarked even though they know major defects and then deny negligence. Law to themselves but its ok, ill keep paying taxes!!
