Pricing was not the same as seen on the shelves.

Excellent parking facilities. Wide range of products. I particularly liked their craft section. Some general consumer items are better than others but as their name suggests they hold a range of products from food, gardening, decorating, soft furnishings, kitchen ,bedroom and bathroom products as well as camping and out door equipment

Lots of stuff in same place

I am a wheelchair user and although there is a wide range of goods in this shop, it is not wheelchair friendly. There is no thought put in for accessibility. Aisles are blocked due to large boxes or displays put without thought of how someone in a wheelchair or with a pushchair will be able to get through. There were so many obstacles in the store that it was impossible for me to see everything that I wanted to see due to thoughtless positioning of temporary displays and boxes of goods just plonked anywhere. Even when I went to queue which went nearly to the back of the shop, as I got towards the front of the queue, there was a large stand positioned so that it was impossible for me to get through with my wheelchair. I had to make a detour around it and ask the people behind me to allow me to keep my place in the queue when I was able to rejoin it after going a long way round to get past the obstacle blocking wheelchair access in the queue to the checkouts! Finally, I would just like to say there are some very thoughtless people who parked just outside The Range, occupying blue badge spaces without having a badge, displaying no blue badge and blatantly having no disability. They were parked in their big cars, obviously wanting the extra space, but taking up a space that I was unable to access. I need the extra space to be able to get my wheelchair down the side of my vehicle. If people stopped to think about how they deprive people who are not able to walk of a space that makes accessibility more equal to the disabled, then the world would be a better place. There are so many people who park in blue badge parking spaces who do not have a badge and have no disability, where they know they will not get a fine, and it is thoughtless and selfish. I only wish I did not need to use a wheelchair and need that extra space to get my wheelchair down the side of my car, but I do, so people, please have some consideration for those less fortunate than your fit and able selves and stop parking in designated blue badge spaces when you do not need them.

Great store. Can usually find everything I want in one place at good prices. Can take a long time to queue and pay when it's busy.
