Visit to pick up daughter's car after repairs following vandalism.
Friendly,chatty staff.
Repairs appear to have been done with no apparant problems on collection.
Took three weeks for repairs to be completed which seems a long time but she was provided with a lovely courtesy car during this time.
Very large shop with nothing in it. No showroom. Looks like a shop about to close for the last time. Efficient and quick service and got exactly what I needed at a good price.
Called ahead to take something back as it was a big item. When I got there I was told they couldnt help me and id have to ring the manufacturer regardless of being told to bring it in. You can imagine I was not best pleased and the "manager" was not helpful or understanding of my issue at all.
Located in sainsbury's its handy for fuel and shopping, straight forward from the entrance of the main area.
Easy click and collect, located at the back of Sainsburys. Straight forward transaction.
