As overseas investors, we had our first experience with Sarah Draper of Tidal Estate and Lettings. They are very helpful and willing to support you. They take over all the work that is necessary to rent out your property. Our property was rented out one week after she advertised it. Viewings took place in a couple of days. Checked done quickly and contract signed in a week. We have to rely on the service and knowledge of Tidal. Until now were are very satisfied with the service and lead times. We looking forward working with them together more closely on our next properties.

I am extremely pleased with the excellent service I have received from Tidal lettings. Having moved into a newly renovated rental property there have been some teething problems but both Sarah and Gemma have been professional and quick to respond even throughout the lockdowns; They sent tradespeople to fix the issues quickly. I would recommend Tidal Estates and Lettings to anyone; I've used them for a number of years across a couple of LET properties. In my experience they are professional, friendly and they go above and beyond. I have to say at times, with difficult, tenants I've almost given up but with their support I've been able to remain sane. THANK YOU !!!
