A Big Zero.....They Don't help look after the rented property that they cash in on!! Endless bad reviews from tenants. 1Star = A Big Zero
I had been a customer of Peter Allen for more than 5 year. They have been extremely professional and doing their job at excellence. In particular, Jasmin who works in the Swansea marina branch was incredibly one of the best people I met during my stay in Swansea both personally and professionally. Even after I left the country, she kept me updated about the flat inspection, the final report and the deposit. She even repaired some stuff just to be exempted from extra charges.
I highly recommend Peter Allen in general and Yasmin in particular.
Never been messed around so much in my life
We were very pleased with the service we received from the Team at Peter Alan, particularly Jo. Staff were knowledgeable and efficient, and help was always available on the phone. which was just what we needed. We felt the staff went the 'extra mile' to achieve a good result for us.
We put our house on the market with Peter Alan as we were really impressed with Gemma Williams when she came to value our home. Gemma has been fantastic as our main point of contact but we have also dealt with Lewis, Ryan and Morgan, who have all been great. We are really pleased with the service we have had so far and would recommend Peter Alan to friends and family.
