I was in there for one year as a student. I said its good quality because their furniture is in perfect condition, some of those were new. Good value, because their location nearby bus stop 8 & 10. It's also near the bus station, town centre, specifically for Muslim it's nearby the Swansea mosque and halal shops. It is also suitable for couples without children. They are a professional agent; they will give us the instructions before we move in and clear contract. Furthermore, they will send you an email on how to clean the flat before you move out. The staff always help me if I need help. They have a regular basis to check the safety. For international student who dont have a guarantor, they have to prepare double deposit. I was paid for double deposit and they released all of my deposit because I left the flat clean and tidy like their instruction.

Rented with this company during second year of university and what a shambles it was. The date of moving in, the property looked like a building site and when we complained about the condition we were offered a crate of alcohol that was never received. This was the first of MANY problems. Where to start? Well the house was covered in mould, which required environmental health to be called before anything was done. Instead of fixing the problem, the mould was painted over. Then my house mate was trapped in their room as a lock failed on the fire door. Then we were locked in by the backdoor as that lock failed. This is only a few... Then after TWO years, we were contacted over a dispute of our deposits, the majority already taken for cleaning and rubbish removal, which was still there when I went to visit a new tenant. Disgraceful company!

My house for second year was awful (lots of mould, mice, rubbish from previous tenants etc). Landlord was beyond incompetent. CP weren't managing the property but did nothing to get the landlord involved with fixing issues even after they had been flagged multiple times. House was decently overpriced too. We did get our full deposit back really quickly but that's the only upside I can think of. Wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.

At the end of your tenancy agreement they do not give people their full deposit back. Even if you hand in your keys with the property in a better condition than when you took it on. They say its for rubbish clearance and for mess left even when there is none. Lucky we have full video evidence. They will rip you off. Don't bother with this company. Shame on you Charles Perrett.

The worst letting agents I have ever had the misfortune of using - even as a student. Despite having several months to prepared for our arrival and promises of "refurbishment" no one had even looked at the property to remove all of the rubbish left behind by the previous tenants. A bed was broken and took several months to be replaced. Over the year it took them months to resolve issues, even as simple as fixing broken doors or crackes windows. Finally, at the end of our tenancy despite promising a £150 worth clean, the tried to charge us £190 on our deposit for waste in the garden that was left by neighbours AFTER we had left and for a clean we were owed, despite the fact that we still left the property spotless. They also tried to charge us for repairs we highlighted to them that they hadn't done and "paint peeling off doors", as if we managed that in one year. I have been trying to get in contact with them but they refuse to speak on the phone or answer emails. I have picture evidence of how we found the property and how we left it so I'm not surprised they do not want to own up to their disgusting behaviour of leaching off of students.
