Super friendly, Lorraine makes you feel relaxed before your treatment has even started! A lovely, clean environment to receive a massage and exceptional value for money. After visiting for what was supposed to be a one-off appointment to sort back and shoulder tension 3 years ago, I have since made this a regular date in my diary to look forward to! Treatments are highly effective at relieving pain and/or relaxing you, depending on the type of massage you desire and Lorraine will work to whatever pressure you request (with music of your choosing if desired!) Would highly recommend and after trying 3 or 4 other businesses before finding Lorraine, I can genuinely say I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I can highly recommend Knead Therapy, I have had treatment on several issues and have found the service very beneficial. The therapy is carried out in a relaxing environment, Lorraine makes you feel at ease and discusses the treatment with you so you know what to expect, be it a relaxing massage or a more deep muscle therapy which is what I personally need. All this at a very reasonable price offering 30 minute or hour sessions.

By far the best massages that I have ever had! After years of having disappointing massages, I am so happy to have found a therapist that actually uses the amount of pressure that I ask for!
