Good service had a few problems but quickly resolved
Really helpful staff who care about you and your holiday requirements
I had ordered currency and went in to collect it. Was a bit taken aback by the staff member shouting down the shop at me that I had to wait 15 minutes. "She can't do it, I am on a call". I said I had ordered currency and I was on my lunch break so I was sold my currency as the client was on hold but I won't bother to use that branch again. The staff in the Pontardawe branch are much nicer.
Great staff in a friendly atmosphere.
Amazing staff, excellent service. The only place to go to book your holiday!!! So helpful. Thank you.
