Really enjoyed my experience shopping here. The owners were incredibly warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about what they had in stock and were able to use this to help me find the perfect fire for my new home. I had no problem contacting the shop with any questions I had and when I did, they were always answered sufficiently and reassuringly. The range of fires to choose from in store was great and really helped me find the perfect one. From choosing, to ordering/buying down to the fitting process- I would give them 5* every time. Thank you for providing an outstanding service. Would definitely recommend!

We bought a log burner etc. from here last winter & couldn't be happier with the product and service. It was efficient & any time I had any questions, the owner was only a phone call away and happy to provide all the information I needed & follow-up support. Pete was a pleasure to deal with when he came and fitted the burner, keeping us updated (we wanted full exposed brick but our bricks wouldn't allow it), suggesting alternatives and fitted us in quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend- would give more than 5* if I could!

large range of fires on show in the shop with loads of parking outside. Lovely to see a stove in action and very helpful with understanding which one would be right for us. Thanks very much - recommend without hesitation.

Lots of fires to pick from, very friendly and helpful throughout. Our fire was fitted without any issues and we often visit the shop when out and about to pick up other accessories and bags of logs. Would highly recommend.
