Took my neighbour here for a mooch, Staff very friendly most prices include underlay and fitting no hidden extras. They were really helpful with my neighbour she has dementia so can be abit random with conversations at times and excited to get new kitchen flooring and the guy was chatty with her and even gave her a square of some carpet she liked so she could decide if it went with her hallway too. Prices are reasonable and they fit you in at a date n time that suits you. Great place
Huge, I means HUGE selection of carpets and floor coverings. Very helpful people, very knowledgeable about their products. We'd never consider going anywhere else. Prices are great too.
Was ignored by staff twice, waited for 20mins but left to go to Terry's carpets. At least they wanted the business
Not only did they fit me inar very short notice, in store service was great the fitters were excellent..would highly recommend...
Absolutely fantastic service, even though they were busy they managed to squeeze me in within two days. Fitting was spot on and all the staff were friendly. Thanks to everyone involved, I would highly recommend these carpet fitters.
