Poor service, not friendly at all.
I have nothing but praise for the team at Bridgend Dental Centre. Our whole family is treated her. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
We have been to a great many dentists and l can say that none have measured up to the professionalism of the staff at this place.
New to Bridgend and had a Dental emergency, the phone was answered on the second ring and the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating with an appointment for the following day. So far so good will make up mind after treatment

great experience lovely young lady welcomed me filled details seen on time dentist introduced herself and explained what she was doing and why, and best of all she listened to me 5 star
I already had an appointment but was in a lot of pain due to a dental abscess. I went to the surgery 10 minutes before opening and was first in.
I explained my problem to the receptionist and was seen by a very polite dentist within 5 minutes, checked and issued with antibiotics which, a day later, have reduced the abscess and almost dealt with pain already
I will go back for the appointment to finish the treatment
They were polite and quick and I can't praise them highly enough.
I am deaf and need to lipread. Once this was explained to them, they couldn't have been more accommodating i.e. removing the masks , facing me when talking and ensuring I knew exactly what was going on. To the receptionist/ dentist and dental nurse Thank you! Like all dentists though I do so wish you would provide deaf people with either a text number or email address so that we can book appointments that way as many deaf are unable to use a telephone.
