So pleased with Rob and the Abacus Team. Polite, professional, hardworking but most importantly, honest! We've had a chimney stack removed, replaced the whole roof with new guttering and they've taken pride in their work throughout! Would 100% use them again and will absolutely be recommending them. Got an old, leaking asbestos flat roof replaced by Rob and his team and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Really happy with the quality of the EPDM rubber and the finish of the work. Price was fair and I’ll definitely be seeking them out for future work.

Tried to use second hand velux widow still sitting at back garden, left the roof exposed for rain for nearly three weeks, left rubbish in the attic and left the attic window open. Gutters full of debris and didn’t put them back in place, his workers left unsupervised and roughly handling things, they even urinated in the shade, rubbish left in the garden , broke my front door expensive tiles, water leaks damaged the living room and he is refusing to look at the problem blaming it on the chimney which was perfect before he start the work. This job was agreed on £8700 for full new roof with new window with 15 years never received warranty, we kept 100 pound to clear the left behind rubbish and wash the shade from urine, he refused to fix the problem. we treated them very nicely but we have been treated very unfairly
