Used as a buyer. Had to pull out as the financial services arm of this estate agents was shocking. The sales staff seemed to be fine, but the mortgage application was just poor. I was informed after 10 weeks and chasing that my application had been cancelled. After numerous reason given, i just could not trust them and withdrew. Avoid.
Like all other letting agents absolutely shocking. As long as they get your money they are happy. Try blaming you for issues in the house that were there prior to when I moved in a camera with a date and time don't lie. The place I rented off them was absolutely stinking prior to moving had to get a company in prior to moving in to clean it.
