Absolutely shocking behaviour from this estate agent. I missed out on a property I wanted to rent due to their incompetence in contacting the owner of the property. I waited 4 days for a response and when I finally had one the property had been let to someone else. I am absolutely fuming. Avoid at all costs.
Not great. Lacking basic communication skills from most of the team. I originally phoned and left a voicemail, no one replied. I phoned again and they said they would phone back after lunch, they didn't. I emailed about the flat, got no reply. The only communication I got was a text saying my appointment to view the flat had been cancelled, but this was hidden in a load of HTML text
