Good store but seriously where are all the staff(s) for assistance? Went in this morning (9am) and there was only one person working (and that was the person on till). I walked up & down the whole shop and there was no one on the shop floor to assist me to find something. Ended up walking out (i noticed this is a regular occurrence here at wilko Weston favell, super frustrating)

Wilko is a good "one stop" shop for toiletries, beauty products, household items, decorating materials, pet products and decorative items. They are fairly priced and usually pretty well stocked.

Anything you need could probably find it here. A lot speedier shopping now they have self serve if paying by card as theres usually only one person on the tills.

Visited Sunday 27 September found my item well priced. Problem was when paying there were two queues not well signed it was busy so joined the long queue. The queue i joined was for self service card payments only queue no clear sign for this. Assistant did say card payments only but no mention that there was another queue for cash/card and alternative payment which i had as people from my card only queue were in as were not all paying by card. Only to reach the front of my card queue to be told there was another queue... so had to join the back of that queue and when other people from the card queue joined including a customer in a wheelchair it got even more chaotic as at that point both queues were not observing the covid rule at we did not know way to queue. Sort it out.

I don't know what has happened in Wilko but some days the shelves are empty quicker now. Some days never enough people on the till and the queues are a mile long.
