If I could give 0 stars I would so having to give 1. Ordered trainers and after a few days they hadn't arrive. I phoned to find out about the delivery to be told they were with the "courier" and it was out of Shucentre's hands. Imagine my surprise to see a few more days later that I had got a refund on my bank account and looking at my order it had been cancelled. No communication from Shucentre (this is actually the 2nd time Shucentre have cancelled an order and I certainly won't be caught out a third time).

Ordered at 5pm on a Thursday. Paid extra for next day delivery. Spoke to a member of staff who assured me this meant the shoes would arrive by Saturday as they would be posted on Friday. Shoes arrived on Monday. Got in touch twice to request a postage refund and was told both times that they’d be back in touch and have heard nothing.
