Good shop , friendly staff and clothes worth buying.
My pair of trainers bubble popped and I tried to return them with a receipt. Got refused refund by the store manager (white male) and he said that it's "well worn" no dirt, no creases and no rips. Shoes are meant to be worn??? Anyway I went to HighCross store and they happily exchanged them for me. Avoid this store.
Lost a sale because you won't let me search on your site, partner can on her phone. I'm using chrome.just checked others reviews.god you lucky I didn't come your store because rude staff would of got more than rude Ness from me.
