Granny looking sale clothes can clearly tell it's old stock from years ago! That shop used to be so much better than what it is. The shop needs a refurbishment have to hunt for deals but always have good quality shoes for ladies
Love the sale but needs to be tidy. Customers need to try to keep it tidy!
I bought two skirts from this shop on Boxing Day and I was not even allowed to try them because "they closed them to provide the best service". I took them home, tried them and they didn't fit so I went back to return them but they said no refunds today using the same excuse above and that I should return them within only 48 hours or else I wouldn't get a full refund. I took them back today and the assistant was extremely rude and cold and she didn't even look at me when she was talking. One star is too much for that shop. I will never go back there again.
New Look Haymarket
The worst customer service I have ever experienced, asked to speak to a manager about an issue with a refund and she was beyond rude. No solution offered and when asked about her name, she said Fran. I asked her surname and she blankly said I don’t Need to tell you that!!! No sorry, not apologising. No people skills whatsoever or consideration for customers.
So avoid this branch of New Look. I will stick
