The staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't have the size in a few different pairs that my wife wanted. I thought the prices were quite high for what they were. Better choices for women than men in my opinion, wasn't anything I'd choose myself.

For years I have bought shoes from here but after my last experience they have lost a customer for life. The Manager is a disgrace and should be embarrassed. They are not qualified or experienced enough for the role.

I don’t know what these reviews are talking about their must have been a different manager serving at that time they wrote their review but the supervisor I was talking too dealt with my needs without question, I was served a pair of vans the service was excellent very warming customer service! Only downside was that one of the shoes in the box had only one set of laces on one of the shoes which was annoying but I called the store to ask what my options were and the supervisor said she would get a pair of laces posted 1st class which I was very grateful for as I live in Loughborough and it’s quite the distance to pick up some laces 😂 but yeah great shop and company, amazing prices on the shoes!

Familiar designer brands available but don't expect big sizes....very few men's shoes size 12.....and none bigger....if you have big feet like me try elsewhere.
