They have the best music, once I went with my friends and I heard I Like by Kojo Funds and I started dancing because why not. If you like the song, you dance to it even when the employee is giving you the dirties. At the end of the day I’m living my best life, and they don’t know who we are.
Other than that their clothes are impeccable because it’s a massive shop with Nike, Adidas, Puma, even Reebok.
Also they have them nice draw string bag that I use as a P.E bag. #Recycle
Had the worst ever customer experience today at the Highcross store, was served by a young lady at the counter who had a face on like she had just been told she has 5 mins to live. Asked her if we could could pay by card for one item and the other cash, she responded with a grunt and a shrug of the shoulders, during our transactions not once did she smile, say please or thank you. I run a business myself and if any of my staff treated customers that way I would send them home immediately.
JD seriously need to train their customer facing staff the minimum of politeness, after all its the customers money that pays their wages.
