Now located inside the Highcross Shopping Centre just a few doors away from Boots.
Worst Clark’s I have ever been in. The staff were extremely pushy. I asked to try on a shoe in a certain size and they told me no problem and told me to take a seat. I waited for 5 minutes and took my shoes off only for another person to come up and say they didn’t have that shoe in my size but they brought me a selection of other shoes to try on. I did not like any of the shoes and told them I didn’t want to try them on but they still tried to push me into trying them. I firmly said no then they stormed off. Similar experience another time that I went in and tried a shoe on and told them I needed to think about it before buying, the lady got very pushy and snappy about it. They must get some reward for pushing people to purchase shoes there. Horrible experiences. Went into the Clark’s in Edinburgh Princes today and had the complete opposite experience. Would never go to the Clark’s in Leicester ever again.
Amazing service and the best price to get comfortable shoes. I would recommend to go here for cheap ,amazing quality and comfortable shoes.
store is a mess staff need to make sure their cleaning during the day when open as everytime I have been in stock is always on the floor and for the prices they ask you don't want to be having to pick the shoes up from a dirty floor to look its off putting. Staff however are lovely and so helpful.
Always buy my youngest children's school shoes from here as it's a brand I trust
