Went in today to get my kids ears pierced. The manager who dealt with the piercing was Soooo helpful and put the kids at ease. She was calm and willing to stop at any point. I know there are lots of places to get this done but, the lady (and other lady who helped do my daughter ears) were great today! Well done!!

Not a good start. I've been ringing them all day. No answer. 2 twice someone answered and immediately hung up.
Well, I must say with big dissatisfaction that I felt like I was a shop lifter from the minut I have visited the shop with my daughter.
Love the product but won't be visiting for that reason.
Hoping for improve staff training maybe?
