I tried this salon earlier this week and wished I hadn't, I have had a lot of ill health and consequently my hair has suffered. I explained over the phone that my hair had become very matted, whilst there, the senior stylist barely looked at my hair, despite it being quiet and spent most of the time on her mobile phone. The young trainee who detangled one piece was lovely but I was told later by the senior person "I don't get paid, to have you here". It still cost £20 for the contempt and humiliation! If I was told when I walked in, they couldn't/wouldn't do it. it would have saved me the discomfort and that would have been fine, I could have tried elsewhere., as I now have.

I had a wonderful experience here very welcoming and all staff was very friendly, would 100% come back and would most definitely recommend to anybody looking. Thank you so much for doing an amazing job on my hair, credits to Amy (I'm sorry I'm not sure of her second name)
