I was with this outfit for nearly 3 yrs All good until you make a claim then it shows how poor they are I will never use or recommend this outfit again avoid shop around there are better companies out there

I've been recommending Pedalcover to anyone and everyone since I first took out policy 2 or 3 years ago. Super impressed with the service offered, the value of the combined house and bike policy, and the great cover provided. But of course the real proof of the pudding is in the eating. Never made an insurance claim on anything before so when I smashed my bike in Challenge Paguera I was dreading the process. No need to - totally hassle free, again super impressed with their clear understanding and knowledge of the bikes and sports we love. Not possible to repair the bike so a prompt cash settlement was made to fund replacement bike, and the excess cover policy also paid very promptly. Charles was as helpful and friendly as always and a real pleasure to deal with. Sincerely hope | never have to make another claim but am happy to confirm the pudding is just as good the main course.

I was struggling to find buildings and contents cover due to owning a fair few high value, high risk items. Charles at pedalcover gave the most helpful interaction I’ve ever had with any insurance company or broker. The product he has supplied far outweighs the other quotes and the price about 50% of the others considering the fact it covers building, contents and various race applications. I’m very happy and I hope this review encourages new customers to share the experience.
