We went in to buy wedding bands. Emma was so helpful, so personable and really took the time to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. It didn’t feel “salesy”, we felt well informed throughout the process. The complimentary extras were so well received. As a lesbian couple we didn’t feel pigeon holed and the service was excellent. Whenever I go to Steffens I get a warm welcome and with friendly staff it is very relaxing place to visit and unique place to look around and that is not just at the Jewellery and watches but the decor as well it’s just fabulous getting offered fresh coffee or a beer or if you fancy some bubbly 🥂🍾 so well done to Steff and Wes and of course your team.
