I would just like to say a big thank you for your excellent customer service. I had an issue with the delivery address which meant my parcel had not been delivered. A lovely women phoned me and explained she would get a new order sent out ASAP and it arrived within 2 days. Happy its arrived in time for Xmas. Thanks

The staff in this shop show wonderful customer service. As a visitor from Australia they went out of their way to ensure I had the correct VAT documents after originally forgetting to ask for them. Enjoyable experience

Horrible service. The sales girl was rather rude and very condescending. Obviously looked down on me because I was wearing my ‘lounge around’ clothes. I left without purchasing anything. Never judge a book by its cover little lady!
