Very rude customer service - if not the fact that I was in a need of a gift for a friend and not just buying for myself I would walk out of the shop!!!

Absolutely disgusting services . Had to return it. im in shock they ask Are you sure you buy here!?? What!!... I buy something 3 days before xmas a silver bangle.. with costs on top for box & bag total £47 ... no receipt so expected swap no they offer me £19😮 disgusting

I know its christmas 😡 but treating paying customers like there sheep. Getting shouted at to join the queue when am already in it sweets isnt going to help you or me is it. Move to the side move to the side i cant theres other people standing there with shopping bags and push chair not a good experience unfortunately till staff need to learn not to be so pushy with there gift boxes sales told you twice i wouldn't be needing a gift boxes doesnt mean cause you asked twice am going to cave and up your sales am i .

Really reasonably priced items, I've bought jewellery for special birthdays and always the person has enjoyed it.
