Customer service was soooo bad! I got 2 pairs of earrings that weren't sealed, then when I opened them at home they were bent. Then when I went back to the store they told me I couldn't return them and had to call customer services.. who after a 5 hour hold just reiterated what I thought.. "they should have refunded me in store" the lovely telephone assistant sent be an email confirmation for the store assistants to see so that they could issue me a refund. But even after this they were very hesitant and making me feel like I had done something wrong. Wish I took a picture of the faulty earrings. Would definitely not go back.

Asked to look at a handful of minnie mouse watches and was told could only see three at a time, interesting concept as I'm sure I've seen 3 omegas together at an AD, but hey, was kind of a special thing as daughters first watch, sales colleague was checking her watch like we were taking up her time, offered zero interaction about who the watch was for was it a gift, special purchase, not a peep. Bagged up and on the the next one.

Was bought a "name" necklace for xmas, rose gold. Waited ages for it eventually got it mid january 2019. It broke about 6 weeks later, id that. They took weeks to mend it then charged my sister who went to get it £19 although the chain had come loose from the name. My sister clearly has special needs and showed them the receipt but they wouldnt accept it, so she paid!! ive had it back (got it back in May) and its broken again less then 2 weeks later. Il update with what happens as im taking it back this time.

Totally rubbish service . Take ages to resized the ring. After 3 weeks they didn’t get it right . The information that they push tru wasn’t enough. Still waiting probably another 3 weeks. Thx HS Samuel totally sucks you

Worse customer service ever in this store, but please remember only this store not all of h.Samuel. . Went to change the watch battery and the watch was brought in H.Samuel in Birmingham. The person looked like as manager even didn't tried to open and told us the watch was needed to send back and pay extra for it. What??? Then we left, went to another one h.samuel which is in the shopping centre, wow excellent customer service the staff tried to open almost 5 mins but she did it. How's come so different! It was 2 month ago one of Sunday
