Thank you for saving my bacon. I found out that the ring I purchased was too big as I've lost weight for my wedding. They exchanged it for the right size with no questions asked. Really great customer service, will definently purchase from here again.

My husband bought a £285 ring for my birthday, he bought this ring using H.Samuel gift vouchers. I was unable to return this item dye to terms & conditions. They need to bring there till systems and terms & conditions up to date with the times! Gift vouchers is BOUGHT with actual MONEY so should be used and classed as the same thing with in a company.
