I had purchased a bespoke shaped platinum wedding band from another company for my partner which should have fit snuggly against the bespoke engagement ring but it did not. With the wedding only weeks away I was beginning to panic. Maria and James could not have been more helpful which was particularly pleasing considering the Covid restrictions in place. Within AN HOUR James was able to adjust the shape of the ring to make the desired snug fit. One happy bride to be ! Thank you both.

I have been dealing with Dewi Griffiths for years and have had a warm welcome from all staff on every occasion. James has made in total 5 rings for me as well as a necklace and a pendant for my partner, the quality and skill is 5* also the Gold/Platinum/Palladium selling price is the best in Bridgend. I wouldn't take my watch again to Dewi Grifiths for a battery. I took it back as I wasn't happy with it, as the movement was loose. I have now taken my watch to another jeweller, which it now needs a complete new movement.
