Terrible customer service, rude and unhelpful. I drove to Swansea to buy my bracelets and charms, and will be giving them my business in future, they were brilliant... such a shame as Bridgend is my local store. Will be recommending my family and friends do the same.

I ordered a nomination charm yesterday which I’d been searching for everywhere for my daughters birthday, I fortunately came across it online at this shop. Absolutely over the moon it came this morning! Really pleased in these difficult times you still posted it straight away! We’ve been coming to Lizzi, both here and in the old site near the post office for decades. They have always been a source of interesting and good quality items. The staff are patient and attentive and they really know their jewellery. Give them a look. You won’t be disappointed.
