Really helpful staff and super friendly. Only needed a couple of liks taken from my watch strap that I purchased elsewhere. They did it for me there and then despite having several customers in store who were blatantly going to spend more money than me but the staff made no difference and made me feel just as valued a customer. Well done h Samuel's bridgend!

I'd give 0 stars if it were an option. Avoid at all costs. Poor management over sales and advice of bought goods. If you a customer service request online, the store doesn't really seem to care to understand your issue and will end up spending a lot of time chasing around to find out whats wrong...maybe even make a joke of the situation... Not worth the hassle. Go elsewhere.
