Just used Howells Solicitors Bridgend Branch for the conveyancing of my father's property in Pencoed. Service was great and Howells kept us informed during all stages of the process. The house sale was completed within two months which is very good in the current pandemic climate. Also personal thanks to Rosemary Jones who dealt with the conveyancing at Howells

I don’t normally leave reviews but I definitely read them when looking for the best service to choose . So I hope anyone looking for a solicitor will find this helpful. I have used Howells solicitors in Bridgend to buy and sell a property and I can safely say from both aspects they are extremely professional, helpful, patient and make what can be a stressful process a lot less stressful. Back in 2018, when I purchased my first home my mortgage advisor recomended me to use Howells Solicitors to handle all the legal aspects of the process. I can genuinely say that I was not provided with a responsive, efficient and stress free service. Definitely not recommended.
